Open Meetings

Open Meetings are similar to traditional step program meetings and focus on discussion, sharing, and community, without the administrative overload.

We ask that those hosting Open Meetings be Mentors - individuals with experience in addiction recovery who can effectively assist newcomers.

These meeting play an essential role in upholding the Grasshopper spirit of maintaining an open program.

While any individual or non-profit can organize a meeting about Grasshopper Philosophy using our publicly available resources and tools, we require a simple verification process for hosting official Open Meetings publicly listed through our channels. This straightforward verification aims to prevent spam, abuse, and unhelpful meetings.
