Our methodology

Grasshopper Methodology is a living and evolving working method to implement Grasshopper Philosophy. It is supported by scientific rationale, processes, and data.

Grasshopper Methodology modernizes peer-support programs, backing them with upgraded education and new technology. Rather than relying on books and word-of-mouth, it emphasizes the role of software that supports individuals' futures with improved and streamlined learning, all driven by data and AI.

It consists of seven components:

1. Grasshopper Philosophy: The actual teachings of our methodological implementation.

2. Educational Strategy: Our way to teach individuals: Learning, Feeling, and Taking Action.

3. Meetings: A network of peer-support meetings where people can learn and discuss addiction, recovery, and life.

4. Roles: A way to structure our participant community, with Coaches, Mentors, and individuals.

5. Grasshopper Technology: Our education platform and recovery app, as well as the infrastructure for data and AI.

6. Working Materials: The tools and content we offer to our Coaches and Mentors.

7. Grasshopper Research: The scientific arm of the program that delves into using evidence, fact, and truth.
