Roles

Grasshopper Methodology defines three different roles in the community:

  1. Grasshopper Coaches: trained volunteers who lead Guided Meetings, moderate our community, and guide Mentors

  2. Mentors: individuals with experience in addiction recovery who assist newcomers and lead Open Meetings

  3. Individuals: people in the program, whom we light-heartedly call Grasshoppers
